Booth allocation is based on the “First come, first served” principle, where you can select up to two preferred locations. Once you place an option, we will reserve it for you for 14 days.

As a participant of the current edition of ICT&Logistiek, book first—before other companies—for the 2025 edition and take advantage of a special rate. This increases your chances of securing your preferred location. Contact your account manager directly and reserve your spot!
  • These prices apply to a minimum of 12 m². All prices are per m² of floor space, excluding stand construction, stand selection, and VAT.
  • An additional fee applies for a premium location on the exhibition floor.
  • Co-exhibitors: we charge €1,495 for each co-exhibitor. They will receive their own Royal Start participation package and will be listed on the exhibitor list.

Discuss your participation with our account managers! Visit the ICT&Logistiek and Logistica Next Lounge in Hall 9 at Stand 09.B002 during the 2024 edition and reserve your booth for ICT&Logistiek from November 4 to 6, 2025.

Terms and Conditions*

In addition to Article 5.2 of the General Terms and Conditions of Jaarbeurs B.V. regarding Exhibition Participation (as published on https://www.jaarbeurs.nl/en/general-terms-and-conditions), the following applies:

  • Jaarbeurs will invoice 50% of the participation costs for ICT&Logistiek 2025 immediately after the participation agreement is established.
  • Jaarbeurs will invoice 50% of the participation costs and any additional fees three (3) months prior to the first setup day of ICT&Logistiek 2025.

In the event of late or incomplete payment of the first or second 50% of the participation costs due, i.e., within fourteen (14) days of the invoice date, the right to the early booking rate and the allocated booth location will be forfeited. In such cases, the standard participation rates will automatically apply, and Jaarbeurs reserves the right to change the agreed-upon booth location.
