REMIRA Rationalizes Product Portfolio
Rotterdam/Utrecht, November 5, 2024 – During ICT&Logistiek trade show, REMIRA presents its new product portfolio. Nearly twenty existing and new propositions are organized into six clusters that cover the entire spectrum of supply chain and commerce. They share aspects such as full integration, user choice, security, and the application of AI and cloud technologies. Within the clusters, both new services and existing products, such as Outperform, are included. The clusters are:
Integrated Business Planning / S&OP: Software solutions covering the entire planning process to balance demand and supply in real-time, from sales and demand planning to production planning.
Forecasting & Replenishment: Intelligent sales forecasting and inventory decisions powered by AI and mathematical algorithms, aimed at reducing inventories and increasing delivery capacity.
Supplier Collaboration: Collaboration software that integrates (smaller) suppliers into the planning and supply chain process.
Omnichannel Commerce: A suite for retailers and brands including POS systems, mobile store management, payment services, ERP, omnichannel processes, and e-commerce/marketplace integration.
Order Management System: An omnichannel hub for retailers and manufacturers that connects internal and external IT systems and marketplaces, enabling omnichannel order management and seamless commerce.
Stocktaking Optimization: Completely replacing inventory processes with cost-effective sampling based on certified statistical procedures.
Product Launches
REMIRA will soon introduce its updated forecasting and inventory management suite with AI-supported features and a unified user interface. This suite will be available in both single-tenant and multi-tenant versions, with access via a web interface and a desktop application. In a later phase, a comprehensive supply chain management suite will be introduced, supporting advanced configurations and AI-driven forecasting. The existing commerce cloud with RPOS functionality, an in-store app, and retail management solutions is already proving its value in the market.
Integrating Across Chains
REMIRA offers a wide range of software services in multiple countries and sectors, technically integrating the entire user chain. The new product portfolio reflects this. “We see a growing demand for integration within and across trade chains, but at the same time a strong aversion to the vendor lock ins that the largest providers impose on their users,” says Country Manager Johan van Hemert. “Therefore, we offer independent products that can be fully integrated, but also added on to existing systems. This puts the primary focus back where it belongs: with the customer.”
